Job Description

Do you enjoy working with collaboration tools that thousands of colleagues rely on every day? We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who ensures that applications like Office365, Access, VBA macros, etc. are stable, secure, and user-friendly.

In this role, you will not only configure and maintain these tools, but also deploy them via Intune and provide L2/L3 support for complex issues. You will work closely with experienced colleagues in the Apps Team and play a key part in ensuring smooth operations across the organisation.

What you will do

Manage and configure applications such as Office365, Access, VBA macros, and Adobe.

Deploy software using Intune or similar endpoint management tools.

Provide L2/L3 support: troubleshoot, analyse, resolve, and escalate incidents.

Conduct root cause analyses and implement improvements.

Collaborate with the Apps Team and actively share knowledge.

What you bring

Practical experience with Office365, Access, VBA, and Adobe.

Familiarity with deployment tools such as Intune.

Experience in L2/L3 support and technical problem resolution.

Strong technical insight combined with a focus on usability.

Excellent communication skills for supporting both colleagues and end-users.
