About The Role As a
Junior DevOps Engineer
, you will support both functional and technical activities within the team. You'll assist with configuration, testing, incident handling, and contribute to requirement analysis, documentation, and backlog preparation. Under guidance from senior colleagues, you'll gain valuable experience in design, build, run, and improvement activities across critical IT platforms.
You will:
Assist with configuration, test execution, and simple automation tasks
Support requirements gathering, process documentation, and backlog preparation
Participate in incident resolution, regression testing, and knowledge sharing
Learn how monitoring data and incident trends inform decision-making
Collaborate with DevOps Engineers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters
About you
0-3 years of relevant IT or functional experience (internships welcome)
Basic exposure to ServiceNow platform, CI/CD pipelines, or observability tooling is a plus
EU/EEA work authorisation
Understanding of Agile and IT Service Management concepts preferred
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Computer Science, IT, or similar
Curious, adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable collaborating across teams
