Senior Test Automation Engineer \| Java \& Python \| Banking Payments Platform

You’ll work with advanced testing frameworks, modern DevOps pipelines, and a robust Java-based ecosystem while collaborating with experienced engineers in an international Agile setup.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving test automation quality across a core component library used within a large-scale payments environment. You will design, maintain, and evolve automated testing strategies that support fast, reliable delivery in a regulated, high-availability context.
You will:
Own and maintain automated test cases for a primary component library
Design and implement automation strategies for new features and enhancements
Develop and execute test plans across multiple projects
Perform in-depth requirements analysis to ensure full test coverage
Work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams in an Agile environment
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks and methodologies

About you
You are a technically strong test automation specialist who enjoys building scalable, maintainable test solutions.
You bring:
Extensive experience with test automation frameworks (BDD, TDD, ATDD)
Strong hands-on experience testing Java-based applications
Solid knowledge of Python for test automation
Experience with tools such as Gatling, ATF Framework, and IBM RIT
Deep understanding of modern testing methodologies and techniques
Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments
Banking payments domain knowledge (strong advantage)
