As a
Senior Product Manager – Retail
, you will own and scale the
end-to-end product ecosystem for Licious’ physical retail stores and omnichannel journeys
. You will work closely with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Growth, Tech, Design, and Analytics teams to build products that power store efficiency, inventory accuracy, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong product thinking, execution excellence, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, zero-to-one and scale-up environment.

Product Strategy \& Ownership
Own the
retail product roadmap
across store operations, POS, inventory, fulfillment, pricing, promotions, and omnichannel integrations
Translate retail business goals into clear product vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes
Identify opportunities to improve
store productivity, shrinkage control, and customer experience
Execution \& Delivery
Lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery of features across internal tools and consumer-facing experiences
Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and success metrics; ensure high-quality execution with engineering and design
Drive iterative experimentation using data, store feedback, and customer insights
Retail \& Omnichannel Enablement
Build products that enable
seamless online-offline experiences
(click \& collect, endless aisle, store-assisted ordering, loyalty integration)
Partner with Retail Ops to digitize SOPs, audits, workforce workflows, and store performance dashboards
Work closely with Supply Chain \& Category teams to improve forecasting, replenishment, and availability
Stakeholder \& Cross-functional Leadership
Act as the product SPOC for Retail leadership and store operations teams
Balance short-term execution needs with long-term platform scalability
Mentor junior PMs and contribute to product best practices within the org
We hope that you have..
4–8 years of product management experience, preferably in
Retail, Omnichannel, Consumer Tech, or Supply Chain-led businesses
Hands-on experience building products for
offline operations or internal users
(stores, ops, logistics, finance, etc.)
Proven ability to work closely with engineering and design teams in agile environments
Skills \& Mindset
Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for execution and outcomes
Data-driven decision making; ability to define and track success metrics
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfort working in ambiguity and scaling products in fast-growing businesses
Good to Have
Experience with POS systems, inventory management, or workforce management tools
Exposure to consumer brands, food tech, quick commerce, or last-mile operations
Prior experience scaling products across 100+ physical locations
