Your Responsibilities
You will be at the heart of innovation, directly contributing to the development, improvement, and validation of the performance of our axial piston machines
You will develop and implement standardized and automated testing procedures, ensuring reliable, high-quality performance
You will play a crucial role in analyzing measurement results and proposing actions to optimize our products and reduce costs, thereby directly impacting the quality of our solutions
You will leverage your simulation skills to interpret and understand the results of your tests
You will be able to identify the root causes of technical issues and propose innovative solutions independently
You will have the satisfaction of seeing your efforts materialize by supporting the implementation and evaluation of endurance tests, as well as assisting your colleagues during prototype commissioning at customer sites
You will guide and support assembly and test bench operators, sharing your knowledge and expertise
You will work hand in hand with other departments and internal clients, ensuring seamless synergy for the successful execution of tests
Your Profile
You hold a higher education degree in Microtechnics, Mechatronics and Systems Engineering, or equivalent
You are proficient in data acquisition (e.g., HBM Catman), evaluation (e.g., NI Diadem), and programming (e.g., Python, MATLAB Simulink). Skills in simulation (1D, FEM) are an advantage
You ideally have several years of experience in control system development
You have strong analytical skills, show initiative, commitment, and flexibility, and are also capable of working effectively both autonomously and in a team
You are willing to travel approximately 6 to 10 times per year, primarily within Europe
You are fluent in French and English; German is an asset
