About the role
We are hiring Product Team Leader to drive the design, optimization, and growth of our core products. This role will lead a team of 3–5 Product Managers and take ownership of a specific product direction like Process Design \& Optimization or User Growth \& Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead Web and App product features, with a focus on optimizing key flows such as user onboarding, account \& asset management, and campaign engagement; or improving overall product usability, experience, and appeal to increase usage and retention.
Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, including PRDs and user stories, and drive reviews, prioritization, and delivery.
Work closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure high-quality and on-time product delivery.
Monitor post-launch performance using data and user feedback, and continuously iterate and optimize product features.
Support cross-regional teams (e.g. Shenzhen, Beijing, Sydney), understand regional differences and compliance requirements, and align product priorities across markets.
Maintain clear product documentation and communication processes, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering strong product thinking and execution capability.
Requirements
10+ years of product management experience, with proven success in delivering consumer-facing (C-end) products.
2+ years of people management experience, preferably managing a product team of 3 or more.
Solid understanding of financial products, such as stock trading or related services.
English proficiency sufficient to be used as a working language is a strong plus.
