Senior Engineer / Engineer / Assistant Engineer (Fire Service) (5-day work)
Job Responsibilities:-
Assist Project Manager in fire services project execution \& tender estimation;
Liaise and communicate with client, architect, consultant, main contractor and others;
Supervise subcontractor performance;
Prepare tenders, job budget, drawing and equipment submission for new projects or A\&A works.
Job Requirements:-
Holder of Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services / Fire Services Engineering or equivalent;
At least 5 years of proven experience in project execution;
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
Proficient in PC application, MS Office, AutoCAD;
With knowledge in using BIM software application is an advantage.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
