Senior Engineer / Engineer ( Plumbing \& Drainage) (5-day work)
Job Responsibilities:-
Assist Project Manager in P\&D project execution, tender estimation, system installation,
testing \& commissioning;
Liaise and communicate with client, architect, consultant, main contractor and others;
Supervise Plumbing \& Drainage project;
Prepare tenders, job budget, drawing and equipment submission for project and A\&A works.
Job Requirements:-
Holder of Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical or equivalent;
At least 4 years of proven experience in project execution;
Holder of Plumber’s License is preferred;
Good command of both English and Chinese;
Computer literacy in AutoCAD.
