Role Objective
Analyse data to generate insights that support strategic real estate portfolio management, including planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
Job Duties
Prepare forecast and budget reports for senior management.
Monitor key financial and operational benchmarks (e.g. revenue, unit rent, occupancy, NPI, NAV).
Track retail sales performance and develop monitoring tools to enhance decision-making.
Conduct market research and provide analysis on trends and market intelligence.
Prepare reports and presentation materials.
Support team operations and special projects as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in property-related roles, research, or consultancy within property developers, real estate funds, or consulting firms.
Strong business acumen and market awareness.
Analytical mindset with attention to details; self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting, and financial analysis will be an advantage.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Python (for data analysis), Power BI, or Argus will be an advantage.
