Emerson’s is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our hospitality team on a permanent, full-time basis. The minimum working hours are 30 hours per week. The hourly rate for this position is between $28 and $ 32 per hour.

Reporting to the Assistant Venue Manager, this unique \& hands-on role will see you manage the team on shift, ensuring efficient FOH set-up and close-down. You will ensure that operating procedures are followed daily while driving a safe working environment. You will lead shifts and ensure our customers receive an experience that is our brand's essence.
About You:
Knowledge of all hospitality operations
Must have a Licence Controller Qualifications ( LCQ)
Previous experience in running brewery tours and guided tasting is highly regarded
Experience in successfully supervising, motivating and developing a large team
The ability to deliver a consistent product and experience within a high-volume environment.
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
This role will be based in our Emerson’s Brewery, the address is 70 Anzac Avenue, Central Dunedin, Dunedin 9016, New Zealand
