We're seeking a Sr Fullstack Developer to join a large-scale, high-performance engineering team within a global fintech environment. The role focuses on delivering high-quality software solutions, driving engineering excellence, and embedding quality practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Contribute fullstack development using Java and React, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
Drive holistic, quality-first engineering practices across agile teams.
Facilitate agile ceremonies centered on quality (Retrospectives, risk modeling, collaborative test strategy).
Pair with developers to implement testing, debug issues, and improve code quality.
Implement and promote TDD, BDD, and ATDD across the team.
Build automated tests using modern frameworks, prioritizing reliability, low maintenance, and fast execution within CI/CD pipelines.
Write SQL queries and generate test datasets to support testing and validation.
Must Skills
6+ years of hands-on software development experience, with recent roles at Senior level.
3+ years driving quality practices in agile teams, influencing testing strategy end-to-end.
Strong experience in agile ceremonies that support quality and continuous improvement.
3+ years coding with Java and React (Fullstack).
Solid experience applying TDD, BDD, and ATDD.
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools aimed at building fast, reliable, low-maintenance automated tests.
Strong understanding of developer-owned testing and the value of high-quality test coverage.
2+ years of database experience (writing SQL queries, generating test data).
