The Team You'll Work With
Youâll be based in our
London office
, working closely with our
Head of Platform Engineering and two Platform Engineers already based there
.
This means youâll be surrounded by engineers who can support your learning and help you grow quickly as you start your career.
While our platform team has a strong presence in London, our wider engineering team is
globally distributed across Europe, South America, and the United States
. Youâll collaborate with teammates across time zones and gain exposure to how modern distributed engineering teams operate.
We work in a highly collaborative environment with regular pairing, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. As a graduate engineer, youâll receive hands-on support while still having the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects from day one.
What Youâll Work On
As a Graduate Platform Engineer, youâll work on projects such as:
Building internal tools that improve productivity across engineering, product, and growth teams
Supporting the infrastructure behind our Growth Marketing Engine and Pulse platform
Contributing to data pipelines and integrations with external financial data providers
Developing APIs and backend services that support internal systems
Building internal AI tools that help teams automate workflows and move faster
Improving automation and developer tooling used across the engineering team
Helping ensure our systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable as we grow
Youâll work closely with experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience with the infrastructure and systems that power a fast-growing fintech.
