Position: Product Manager (a.k.a. The Customer Journey Owner)

We’re looking for our first Product Manager — someone obsessed with building experiences people love and talk about.

You’ll own the customer journey end-to-end

This is not a “feature manager” role.

This is a build, break, and rebuild fast kind of role.

You’ll work with founders, engineers, and growth to make Llama simple, automated, and unreasonably delightful for every household in Spain (and beyond). ❤️

What You’ll Do

Define and drive the product roadmap with founders — zero fluff, maximum impact

Obsess over onboarding and conversion — make every step magical, not manual

Use data to prioritize, test, and iterate — no vanity metrics, only real outcomes

Automate everything

Be the voice of the customer in everything we ship

What We Care About

Forget titles and shiny CVs.

consumer tech or fintech \= extra llamapoints 🦙

Strong with analytics \& experimentation

Fast, resourceful, and allergic to corporate nonsense

Bonus: experience with energy/utilities or WhatsApp/conversational UX

English required; Spanish or Catalan \= major plus
