The Position:

We are seeking a talented product manager to support our core loan servicing platform.

Core Responsibilities:

Gather and prioritize requirements from our clients and prospects.

Partner with designers and engineers to define detailed product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Complete functional testing and QA and provide product sign-off when features are ready for a production release.

Own product execution for assigned deliverables: defining scope, prioritizing work, driving decisions to resolution, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Validate and analyze features in the market to continually improve the product.

Contribute to release notes and product documentation to support client communication.

Collaborate closely with the Onboarding and Sales teams to ensure the product is aligned with our current projects and go-to-market initiatives.

Develop deep expertise in LoanStreet's product offerings, the commercial/corporate lending market, and industry trends to anticipate emerging client needs.

Understand LoanStreet's strategy and competitive position to ensure product capabilities are aligned. Contribute to product roadmap planning.

Support customer-facing teams with product expertise and escalations as needed to support existing customers.

Candidate Profile:

2-5+ years of Product Management experience

Demonstrated success in building client-facing features in enterprise software.

Strong documentation skills: translating business needs into detailed functional requirements, workflows, and use cases.

Experience with Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle.

Excellent communication skills: able to convey complex business and technical concepts clearly to external clients, implementation teams, and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Experience managing multiple concurrent priorities, operating in ambiguity and delivering on compressed timelines.

Fintech or financial services background.

Preferred: Commercial Lending experience especially in the Private Credit area.

Preferred: Comfort with data-driven decision making (including analytics tools and basic SQL) and working knowledge of APIs.
