Job Description:
Design and implement global multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), following deployment stamps and control-plane/data-plane patterns.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with safe deployment practices (blue/green, canary, automated quality gates) across multiple environments and geographic regions.
Design and automate SaaS tenant lifecycle processes, including onboarding/offboarding, control plane orchestration, application plane provisioning, and resource isolation.
Build, operate, and optimize Kubernetes clusters across public cloud, private cloud, and on-prem environments.
Integrate and enforce DevSecOps practices, policy-as-code, and zero-trust security throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.
Implement multi-region high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions aligned with global compliance requirements.
Establish and maintain observability platforms for logging, metrics, tracing, APM, and incident management.
Lead incident response, perform root-cause analysis, and troubleshoot complex distributed systems in production.
Collaborate with security teams to ensure security compliances (GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, IRAP), and other global regulatory standards.
Work closely with architects and engineering teams to ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security across the platform
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps/SRE engineers; shape engineering best practices and operational excellence.
Required Skills \& Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering or a related role.
3+ years of experience in DevOps Lead/Principle role.
Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, including designing multi-region architectures.
Strong expertise in Kubernetes, containerization, and operating distributed systems at scale.
Advanced skills in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep), CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud security.
Experience building or operating multi-tenant or regulated SaaS platforms, including tenant isolation and lifecycle automation.
Knowledge of deployment stamps, control plane/data plane, and identity/access patterns.
Solid background in observability, incident response, and operational excellence
Strong English communication and writing skills.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
