Internship - Agentic Release Engineering

As a Software Engineer Intern, you will join the Finance Core development team within the Technology \& Operations unit, based in Geneva.

The Finance-Core development team is composed of around fifteen people organized according to agile principles. The team is responsible for Finance and Accounting products of the core banking platform.

This 6-month internship is a unique opportunity to work on a modern architectures and technologies, while gaining hands-on experience in software development lifecycle within a team in charge of mission critical systems of the core banking platform.

YOUR ROLE* Implement an AI agent using Python, large or small language models and other AI technologies in order to automate release related workflows and tasks

Develop tools and frameworks that enable the agent to interact with various APIs and data sources

The AI agent must handle real-world workflow, integrate with existing enterprise systems, and operate reliably in production environment.

Work in Agile mode and participate in team ceremonies

Participate in code reviews and follow standard development practices

YOUR PROFILE* Graduated or you are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in data science, computer science or related field

Strong interest in software development and systems design

Good analytical mind and good capacity for abstraction, enabling you to identify and explain the problem to be solved before thinking about solutions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Proficiency in French and Fluent in English

Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
