Internship – Controls and validation in the Client Relationship Management platform
As a Technology \& Operations Developer Intern, you will join the Client Relationship Management Development Team within the Technology and Operations Unit, based in Geneva. You will play an active role in designing and implementing enhancements to our in-house CRM platform, with a focus on simplifying controls, and improving validation mechanisms.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the banking sector, working on real-world solutions that support both front and back office operations. You will contribute to the development of tools that manage client relationships, account lifecycles, and operational processes, while collaborating with experienced professionals in a dynamic and agile environment.
YOUR ROLE* Streamline control mechanisms and validation logic within the CRM to enhance maintainability and performance.
Design, implement, and maintain business rules using Drools and DMN (Decision Model and Notation) to enable dynamic and context-aware decision-making.
Contribute to the implementation of a non-regression testing framework to ensure stability and reliability across CRM updates.
Assist in testing, debugging, and documenting new functionalities.
Engage with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Adopt and apply software development best practices within a regulated financial environment, ensuring compliance and robustness.
YOUR PROFILE* Graduated or you are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in computer sciences or related field.
Passion for software development and problem-solving.
Familiarity with modern development frameworks (in Java)
Interest in financial services and digital transformation.
Knowledge of rule engines (e.g., Drools) and testing frameworks is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in French and Fluent in English.
Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland.
