Job Description

Position: Front-end Engineer Lead/Principal

Location: Hanoi - Vietnam

Salary:

Negotiable

Required skills and experiences**

- 8+ years in web development; 5+ years in frontend engineering.

- 3+ years experience in React.js and Next.js in production systems.

- Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS.

- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI) and AWS-based infrastructure.

- Proven experience in setting frontend technical standards and mentoring engineers.

- Fluent English communication skills (TOEIC 750+ or equivalent required or tested during selection).

Preferred skills and experiences

- Experience leading frontend in a B2B SaaS context.

- Strong understanding of web security, performance optimization, and design systems.

- Familiarity with GraphQL, Playwright, Storybook, and Node.js build tools (e.g., Babel, webpack).
