Position: Front-end Engineer Lead/Principal

Required skills and experiences**
- 8+ years in web development; 5+ years in frontend engineering.
- 3+ years experience in React.js and Next.js in production systems.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI) and AWS-based infrastructure.
- Proven experience in setting frontend technical standards and mentoring engineers.
- Fluent English communication skills (TOEIC 750+ or equivalent required or tested during selection).
