A Day in the Life

As the Group Product Manager for LID L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty, you’ll report to the LID Marketing Director and lead a team of one Product Manager. Based in Singapore with a regional scope, you’ll work closely with our distributor partner to drive growth in the expand into new markets, with focus on Philippines market for 2025-2026. You’ll collaborate with internal teams (zone, medical, supply chain, finance, commercial, management) and external partners (e-commerce enablers, media agencies, platforms) to ensure seamless execution of marketing and medical activations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategic Growth: Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand the derma portfolio and penetrate white spaces in SEA.

Brand Leadership: Lead O+O marketing activations for "patsumers" (patients + consumers), with medical at the core. Build the medical credibility of the brand in collaboration with the Head of Medical, ensuring alignment with brand DNA.

Collaboration \& Influence: Build strong relationships with distributor partners and cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.

Entrepreneurial Innovation: Identify opportunities, solve challenges, and implement creative solutions to position L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty as the market leader.

We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in a dermatological skincare brand preferred

Expertise in omnichannel go-to-market strategies, with strong retail and e-commerce expertise.

Proven ability to deliver operational excellence while maintaining a strategic mindset.

Experience in full-funnel marketing, from awareness to conversion, with a focus on measurable results.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving approach to tackle new challenges.

Fluency in English.
