The Maison Louis Vuitton makes a promise to every of its customers: all of them, no matter the reason of their visit, should be cherished, encouraged to be themselves and a trusty relationship should be created. As a seasonal support, you will assist the Louis Vuitton store team in delivering the best experience to our clients during the busy Christmas \& New Year period.
Job responsibilities
In this non-selling role, you will enhance the client experience by facilitating their journey through the store. This includes welcoming clients, managing wait times, identifying their needs, providing directions and information, offering refreshments, and maintaining attractive displays and overall store tidiness. You will also support the sales team with tasks such as gift wrapping, product searches, and retrieving items from stock rooms, particularly during and after client appointments.
You will collaborate with managers and client advisors to create a positive and memorable experience for every client, bringing the Louis Vuitton Promise to life.
ROLE \& RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcoming clients with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, providing an excellent first impression of our brand to all visitors.
Effectively determining client needs and providing direction towards the relevant departments or people inside the store.
Supporting the management team on duty in effectively managing and animating waiting time and client flow by using digital wait list tools and ensuring smooth client communication.
Serving drinks to clients.
Tidying up around the store and maintaining strong visual standards throughout the day.
Wrapping, running and packaging assistance to the sales team.
Collaborating with the entire store team to create a seamless client experience that is consistent with the Louis Vuitton promise and brand standards.
Profile
This is an excellent opportunity to enter the luxury industry for individuals with a passion for client service, strong interpersonal skills, and a high degree of empathy and adaptability. The ideal candidate will be proactive and highly engaged, possessing an outgoing and charismatic personality, coupled with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with multitasking and proficiency in various IT tools are essential.
Impeccable grooming and communication skills are required, as are fluency in both English and German. Additional relevant languages are a plus.
The successful candidate must be available to work from the beginning of December through the first week of January, including Saturdays. Please apply only if you can commit to this schedule for the entire duration of the contract, including the Christmas and New Years week, excluding any public holidays where the store is closed.
