Jr-Mid PHP Backend Developer - Spain Remote

We’re looking for someone who loves clean architecture, efficient databases, and APIs that just work.

What you’ll do

You’ll join Love Brand Group’s tech team at a moment of international expansion and product evolution. You’ll play a key role in the backend development of digital platforms that impact tens of thousands of people across Europe.

Design and build RESTful APIs, services, and robust business logic.

Optimize application performance and database queries (MySQL).

Ensure code quality through testing, peer reviews, and solid documentation.

Manage integrations with external services and third-party APIs.

Technologies \& requirements

Our stack includes modern, efficient tools. We need someone who is proficient in:

Laravel

PHP, MySQL

Experience with queues, jobs, and events

Strong knowledge of database design and optimization, migrations, and Docker

Familiarity with Git and deployment pipelines

Jira

What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years of backend development experience, with at least 1 year working with PHP

Passion for writing clean, testable, and scalable code

Ability to solve problems autonomously without losing team focus

Proactivity, attention to detail, and strong communication

Desire to grow in a dynamic environment with real impact
