As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of landing exciting solutions that drive ease of doing business value and create a seamless experience to our discerning and ever-growing user and partner base.

In this role, you will own:
Product planning and life-cycle management
Analyzing internal data, demonstrating customer insights from surveys and NPS; gathering requirements from stakeholder interviews and advocates
Integrating customer/user voice, research, and analysis into product requirements to build rich experiences.
Responsibilities:
Articulate, justify and execute a compelling vision for Commerce experiences.
Passionately represents customers, their scenarios, and priorities in all aspects of product journey.
Drive customer discussions and transform customer insights into product roadmaps that empower customers to do more, enhance usability and drives customer delight.
Define and own the product roadmap, priority, and execution of Commerce Licensing capabilities.
Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and driving alignment with different stakeholders. • Collaborate extensively with internal teams across the Commerce ecosystem to drive strategic initiatives and feature work.
Proven sense of high accountability and self-drive to take on and see-through big challenges.
Drives engineering agility by enabling engineers to release and measure their changes rapidly with high quality.
Passion to lead from the front and influence others to follow with data and customer advocacy.
Qualifications
:
Deep customer \& user empathy, and ability to identify customer needs.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience and MBA from premium institute is preferred.
10+ years of software product management experience, including at least 7 years designing and building enterprise grade products and services.
Strong interest in customer-facing products with experience in delivering UX transformation.
Strong collaboration skills to impact/influence engineering and partner teams.
Keen sense of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurial mindset to build trust with internal and externals stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with leadership teams in product vision.
Exceptional problem solving, strategic thinking and technical acumen.

Knowledge in Commerce is preferred, especially if one has experience in Contract Life Cycle Management, Billing, Deal, Order, or Cash Management.
