Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the development lifecycle of Company’s products (from concept to market).
Coordinate with R\&D, supply chain, and branding teams to ensure product alignment with market trends.
Conduct consumer research and gather insights to drive innovation in food, wellness, and sustainability lines.
Prepare product roadmaps, packaging briefs, and SKU performance reports.
Liaise with external OEM/ODM manufacturers for production quality and cost efficiency.
Support product launch campaigns, trade fairs, and retail activations.

Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related discipline.
1–3 years’ experience in product management or brand marketing.
Knowledge of FMCG, food \& beverage, or wellness categories preferred.
Strong analytical and coordination skills.
Passion for innovation and sustainable product design.
