Function
We are looking for a proactive and experienced change specialist to lead and integrate the management efforts of the Change at our two production sites and sales offices. This role is critical in guiding employees through transformation initiatives, ensuring engagement, clarity, and successful implementation with a focus on change facilitation, communication, and education.
Main responsibilities :
Change Management Facilitation
Stakeholder Analysis : Identify and map all affected stakeholders, including production teams, line managers, support departments, and management, to tailor engagement approaches.
Impact Assessment: Analyze the impact of planned changes on each group, including risks, points of resistance, and communication and training needs.
Change Process Direction: Provide employees with tools, resources, and support to navigate change with confidence and minimal disruption.
Feedback mechanisms: Set up clear channels to gather employee feedback, measure adoption levels, and adjust strategies based on sentiment.
Collaboration with project teams: Collaborate with project managers, HR, and business leaders to align change activities with project timelines and outcomes.
Communication Strategy
Design and implement multi-level communication plans to clearly and systematically explain the " why, what and how " of change.
Create engaging content (emails, newsletters, presentations, visuals, events) tailored to diverse audiences.
Act as a bridge between management and field teams, ensuring that communication is both top-down and bottom-up.
Translating complex initiatives into accessible and relevant messages that promote trust and transparency.
Training \& Support
Organize workshops, briefings, and hands-on training for managers and employees.
Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and external partners as needed to design content and facilitate sessions.
Ensure that training formats are adapted to operational realities, particularly production environments (e.g., shifts, availability, on-site presence).
Track and measure training participation, understanding, and effectiveness.

Education and experience
Master's degree in HR, Communication, Organizational Psychology, Business or related field
8 to 10 years of experience in change management, internal communication or L\&D, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial context
Familiarity with change methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)
