As the Digital Product Manager, you will join our product team focused on creating brilliant, connected digital experiences that drive customer advocacy and accelerate our growth.

Responsibilities:
Product Delivery: Deliver product features and components that are intuitive, scalable, and add tangible value to property managers and investors.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to align on product goals.
Customer Voice: Communicate with stakeholders and customers through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to ensure the "voice of the customer" is at the heart of the development process.
Agile Management: Gather requirements and translate them into well-defined Agile stories; work with engineering teams to turn those requirements into high-impact features.
Project Oversight: Manage project schedules, tracking and reporting on milestones to ensure timely delivery of the product roadmap.
UX/UI Collaboration: Work with UX designers to develop seamless user flows, interactive wireframes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Quality Assurance: Monitor defects and perform ad hoc testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure a premium user experience.
Documentation: Manage updates to customer user guides, support FAQs, and internal product documentation.
Agile Rituals: Actively participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospective workshops.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilise a data-driven approach to understand usage patterns and provide actionable recommendations for product optimisation.
What we are looking for:
Experience: 4+years of experience in digital product management.
Domain Knowledge: Experience in PropTech or FinTech is a distinct advantage but not strictly required.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Mindset: High energy, motivated, and driven to succeed in a high-growth environment.
Analytical Skills: Highly intelligent and analytical; able to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative work style and a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
Organisation: Strong presentation, project management, and planning skills.
Detail-Oriented: Committed and meticulous with an eye for detail and a focus on quality.
Initiative: A self-starter with the initiative to constantly identify ways to add value to the platform
