Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Test Engineer at LUXSHARE-ICT, located in Bac Giang, Vietnam.
The Software Test Engineer will be responsible for:
Executing test plans and creating, maintaining test cases
Performing functional and system testing to ensure software quality
Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects
Verifying fixes and ensuring system stability
Collaborating closely with development, QA, and production teams in an industrial (factory) environment
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of working experience in an Industrial Park (KCN / Factory environment)
Proficiency in Python and C# programming
Experience in software testing and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Solid knowledge of test execution, test case design, and testing methodologies
Ability to read and communicate in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility for quality
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
Experience with automated testing tools is a plus

Mô tả công việc
Vị trí Kỹ sư Kiểm thử Phần mềm làm việc toàn thời gian, trực tiếp tại nhà máy của LUXSHARE-ICT – Bắc Giang.
Nhiệm vụ chính:
Thực hiện test plan, xây dựng và quản lý test case
Kiểm thử chức năng và hệ thống để đảm bảo chất lượng phần mềm
Phát hiện, ghi nhận và theo dõi lỗi phần mềm
Xác nhận sửa lỗi và đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động ổn định
Phối hợp với các bộ phận phát triển, QA và sản xuất trong môi trường KCN
Yêu cầu
Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại Khu Công Nghiệp (KCN / nhà máy)
Thành thạo Python và C#
Có kinh nghiệm kiểm thử phần mềm trong vòng đời phát triển phần mềm
Nắm vững quy trình kiểm thử, thiết kế test case và phương pháp test
Sử dụng được tiếng Anh và tiếng Trung trong công việc
Kỹ năng phân tích, xử lý sự cố và giải quyết vấn đề tốt
Cẩn thận, trách nhiệm cao với chất lượng
Có khả năng làm việc nhóm và phối hợp liên phòng ban
Tốt nghiệp CNTT, Khoa học máy tính hoặc ngành liên quan
Có kinh nghiệm test tự động là một lợi thế.

主要职责包括：

验证问题修复情况，确保系统稳定性
与研发、质量及生产团队紧密协作（工业园区环境）
任职要求
至少 2 年以上工业园区（KCN / 工厂）相关工作经验
熟练使用 Python 和 C# 编程语言
熟悉软件测试流程及软件开发生命周期
掌握测试方法、测试用例设计及执行
具备良好的 英语和中文（普通话）沟通能力
具备较强的问题分析和解决能力
工作认真细致，责任心强
具备良好的跨部门沟通与团队协作能力
计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业本科及以上学历
有自动化测试经验者优先
