THE POSITION
You will assist Product Managers in the implementation of marketing strategies for Kenzo and Givenchy Parfums.
Job Responsibilities
Your main Responsibilities will be :
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Participate actively in the launch of new products and support the basic catalog
Create tools to introduce new products in stores: training sheets, salesreps case, BC seduction box
Motivate the team: sales meeting organization: location, decoration, invitation
Logistics part : repartition, GWP, samples, salesreps material
\=\> Passion for Givenchy and Kenzo Maison, creative and innovative with attention to details
MERCHANDISING
Develop merchandising tools with perfect execution and cost monitoring
In charge of supplier briefing in line with international guidelines and respecting BeLux specificities
Project follow up from supplier briefing to store implementation to optimize visual impact in stores
Store visit to check the quality of execution

TRANSVERSAL PROJECTS
In charge of monthly sales analysis
Participate in the monthly sell out report \& trade activities report
Summarize competitor best practices
Prepare the 360° action plan for strategic launches

Profile
The Ideal Profile: Holds a graduate-level education in business and marketing Is bilingual: French \& English, Dutch is a plus Has a personal affinity with Kenzo \& Givenchy \=\> Experience in the Beauty Industry is a plus Is proficient in Pack Office Knows Photoshop \& InDesign is a plus Preferred Skills: Team player Customer and relationship focused Results oriented Strong analytical and synthesis mindset Creative and innovative with attention to details Curious, autonomous, flexible and proactive Perseverant and enthusiast Multitasking with both operational and strategic vision
