What Youāll Do
As a Junior Product Manager, you will own and drive one or more products within our portfolio. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to take responsibility for turning ideas into shipped solutions.
You will be accountable for what gets built, why it gets built, and how it delivers value to customers and the business. This role is not advisory or support-focusedāyou will be expected to make decisions, set priorities, and move products forward.
Own the product roadmap for assigned products, translating company goals and customer needs into clear priorities
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, making trade-off decisions based on impact, feasibility, and value
Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development
Work closely with CEO, Development, Engineering and Innovation teams to plan, execute, and deliver product releases
Lead product discovery by gathering customer feedback, validating problems, and testing solutions
Drive product launches, including readiness, internal alignment, and post-launch evaluation
Partner with Sales and Marketing on positioning, enablement, and go-to-market execution
Monitor product performance after launch and make data-informed decisions on improvements and next steps
Act as the primary point of accountability for your productsā success
What Weāre Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3 years experience in product management, ideally within metering, utilities, or technology industries.
Ability to bridge technical understanding with business objectives, especially regarding application domains and end-user requirements.
Strong ability to analyze market and competitor data, with a focus on creating winning strategies for each product line.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
Resourceful and able to make strategic decisions that drive product success and customer satisfaction.
A proactive leader who can manage multiple products and guide cross-functional teams effectively.
