As the Product Manager Demand Creation, your mission is to develop and execute dynamic strategies that build brand awareness, increase visibility, and fuel meaningful engagement and conversions. You will balance creativity and execution excellence with strict attention to legal and regulatory compliance, ensuring all campaigns reflect LYNX's strategic ambitions and brand integrity.
What you'll do:
Conduct market research in each country to understand local customer preferences, behaviors, and trends
Track competitor landscape and analyze their strategies to find opportunities for differentiation
Develop and implement demand creation strategies to increase brand awareness and drive reach within target audiences
Create concise marketing plans per country by translating the overall Segmentation Targeting and Positioning into country-specific objectives, strategies, tactics, and budgets
Refine brand positioning and messaging to resonate with local audiences while maintaining brand consistency
Collaborate with Brand \& Campaign Marketers, Legal staff, and Corporate Communications to plan and execute tailored marketing campaigns
Set up frameworks to monitor and measure the performance of demand creation efforts in each country
Analyze data to gain insights and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness and ROI
Ensure compliance with local regulations in collaboration with Legal staff
Establish brand guidelines and governance processes to maintain consistency and compliance
Support media relations and help develop engaging content to attract and educate customers
Manage the demand creation budget and ensure effective allocation across countries
Requirements/Qualifications:
8–12 years of experience in strategic marketing, ideally within the brokerage or financial services industry
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven ability to develop and execute market-specific demand generation strategies
Strong analytical skills with experience using performance data to drive marketing decisions
Familiarity with local and international regulatory requirements for marketing communications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across regions
Experience working in Agile environments with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
A customer-centric and compliance-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
