Job Description

About Lyteflo

Lyteflo is building the industry standard for EV Battery Reports, along with a suite of tools to help dealerships thrive in the electric vehicle market. We're a small, fast-moving team working on problems that matter: accelerating EV adoption and helping consumers and dealerships bring transparency to the EV market.

The Role

We're looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to help us build and improve the dealer and shopper facing products at the core of our business. You'll work closely with our engineering, design, and business teams to understand what our users need, translate that into clear product requirements, and help ship features that make a real difference in how users interact with our products.

This is a great role for someone early in their PM career who wants broad exposure, real ownership, and the chance to grow fast in a space that's evolving quickly.

This is an in-office role.

What You'll Do

Own the roadmap and backlog for product features, including our EV sales tools and EV battery reports.

Talk to customers regularly to surface pain points, validate ideas, and build a deep understanding of what they care about.

Write clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable the dev team to move quickly and smoothly.

Quarterback grooming and sprint planning meetings.

Collaborate with engineering and design to ship features that deliver real value to users.

Track product usage and key metrics, and use data to inform prioritization decisions.

Support go-to-market efforts for new features, including documentation, training materials, and rollout coordination.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or a related role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can explain complex ideas simply.

Comfortable working in an early-stage environment where priorities can change fast.

Organized and self-directed. You follow through without being chased.

Genuine curiosity about EVs, automotive, or clean tech is a plus.

Why you shouldn't work at Lyteflo

You like predictability and certainty in your job.

You like to leave your work at the office, and not think about it outside of office hours.

You like to have a clearly defined playbook for how to be successful in your job.

Why Lyteflo

Work with an experienced team that has built successful products used by millions of users.

Small team where you make an immediate impact.

High-growth environment.

Competitive salary, benefits and equity.
