With a rapidly expanding user base and a growing product surface area, we’re looking for a Product Manager to own key workflows, lead medium-sized initiatives, and push the quality and impact of our platform forward.
What You’ll Do
Own \& Drive – Take responsibility for a well-defined product area, shaping the roadmap, defining problems clearly, and delivering initiatives that move user and business metrics.
Discover \& Understand – Coordinate with stakeholders from different teams and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
Specify \& Deliver – Write clear, structured specs and acceptance criteria. Align engineering, design, GTM, and support around shared goals. Ensure releases are high quality and solve the intended problems.
Measure \& Learn – Define success metrics, validate the tracking needed to measure them, and analyze results to understand impact. Recommend next steps based on real performance and insights.
Communicate \& Align – Share decisions with context and data-driven rationale. Keep teams informed and aligned throughout the product lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
1-5+ years of experience in Product Management
Structured \& Analytical – You think clearly, define problems crisply, and use data to guide decisions.
Excellent Communicator – Professional, concise, and clear in both written and spoken English.
Product-Minded – Experience working with engineers and designers, writing requirements, and shipping features.
Data Fluent – Comfortable defining metrics, building dashboards, and analyzing product performance.
Ownership-Oriented – Able to operate independently with minimal oversight.
Bonus Points – Experience in AdTech, data-heavy products, or fast-paced startup environments.
