Join our fast-paced Directory Services team as a skilled Senior Identity Engineer / Developer to deliver a next generation Modern Authentication environment. You will be part of a cross functional team developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise authentication and authorisation in a hybrid cloud/on-premises environment.

What role will you play?
As a member of our global Technology Services group, you will be responsible for the operational management and ongoing enhancement of our authentication platforms, primarily focusing on Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Your remit will include application onboarding for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), management of Conditional Access policies, and driving the adoption of automation and Agentic AI technologies to streamline processes and reduce repetitive manual tasks.
What you offer
Extensive experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Proven track record developing automation and deploying Agentic AI solutions within identity environments
Hands-on experience with MFA solutions (e.g., Azure MFA, third-party providers)
Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages for automation
Familiarity with Conditional Access, SSO, and identity governance concepts
Experience with monitoring and reporting tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Sentinel, Splunk).
