This Pre-sales Solution Manager position will be based in Hong Kong primarily, serve as the primary liaison between the organization and prominent banking/insurance or fintech companies in Hong Kong and Singapore.
About The Role Responsible for a series of pre-sales work for overseas projects, including business research, market analysis and solution design; Cooperate with sales/BD to expand the market.
Responsible for developing general and case-by-case solutions for the governments, banks, and other financial institutions, including consulting solutions, bidding proposals, and other related materials.
Participate in the preliminary stages of projects, conduct market research and business value mining, understand the clients’ needs and participate in business model design; Communicate with clients and cooperate with product/delivery teams to ensure the deliver.
Quickly learning and master professional industry knowledge in the corresponding field.
About the Requirement
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields, with at least 5 years work experience in big data risk management pre-sales or risk system consulting;
At least 10 years of work experience; Hands-on experience with voicebots and chatbots and it's application;
Strong knowledge of generative AI technologies, including large language models;
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), speech-to-text (STT), and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies;
5Proficient oral English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
Strong communication skills, good adaptability, positive pressure handling and excellent teamwork abilities;
Adapt to short-term business trips.
