Key Responsibilities
Advanced Reporting: Design and maintain complex MIS reports (DWM) using advanced logic, ensuring data translates into actionable business intelligence.
Visualization \& Storytelling: Create intuitive dashboards and visual representations of data (using Excel or BI tools) to help non-technical stakeholders understand the numbers at a glance.
Process Automation: Proactively identify repetitive manual tasks and minimize turnaround time using Macros/VBA or advanced formula logic.
Data Integrity \& Management: Act as the gatekeeper of data quality, performing deep-dive reconciliation and validation before publishing numbers.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in SQL .
Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, charts, formulas, etc.).
Experience with BI/Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
Experience in MIS reporting, dashboard creation, or business analytics.
Knowledge of Python/R (optional but good to have).
