Responsibilities :
Formulate, implement and evaluate marketing programs, campaigns and social media initiatives to maximize product exposure, increase brand awareness and bolster company positioning.
Assist the manager in supervising the team responsible for advertising, digital marketing, public relations, and brand-building programs to increase brand awareness and maximize corporate and product exposure.
Plan \& execute for new product launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, in-store promotion and channel promotion, etc.
Plan, manage, \& monitor digital \& social media platforms, including content creation, Ad posting, monitoring performance and evaluate results.
Support for events, in-store \& BTL materials, prepare marketing deliverables include but not limited to print publicity materials, brochures \& leaflets, display, etc.
Requirements :
University graduate in Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines.
5 years related experience in marketing, including 1 year in managerial position.
Hands on experience in broad range of marketing functions including advertising and PR, retail and digital marketing.
Sound leadership skill and excellent communication \& presentation skills for effective teamwork and development of positive working relationships with team members and business partners.
Self-motivated, detail-minded and result oriented.
Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
Proficient in MS office applications and Chinese word processing.
