Key Responsibilities
Define the product roadmap for the Insurance Claim Inspection \& Field Investigation platform.
Convert fragmented insurance SOPs into a templatized, digital, rules-driven workflow engine.
Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual decision-making in claim inspections.
Build dynamic checklists, inspection templates, rule engines, escalation logic, and configurable workflows.
Enable inspection formats for property, motor, health, travel, and specialized categories.
Design fraud-prevention flows (geo-fencing, timestamping, image/video validations

Build dashboards for:
Task allocation
Real-time status monitoring

Skills Required
Strong knowledge of
TPA operations
,
health insurance products
, and
regulatory guidelines
.
Experience working with
claims systems, policy admin systems, CRM, and digital health platforms
.
Proficiency in writing BRDs, wireframes, workflows, and use cases.
Ability to translate business problems into tech requirements.
Strong team management abilities.
Technical/Functional Proficiency Required
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Good Team Player.
Educational Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Insurance, Finance, Operations, or related field (preferred).
8+ years of experience in product development and team handling, specifically in Insurance TPA.
Experience in the BFSI domain is a significant plus.
