How you create meaningful change in healthcare

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you’ll join our multidisciplinary team to build the digital tools that support our orthosis and scanner portfolio. Your work will directly influence the way people experience our products, from intuitive web interfaces, applications running on our scanners, to mission critical internal tools. You'll work closely with designers and engineers to bring ideas to life using modern web technologies. You switch easily between building scalable web applications as well as leading development projects. You’re both strategic and hands-on: you see the big picture, break it into clear deliverables, and get things shipped. You’ll collaborate with Harrie, Berend, Gerald, Martijn and have the potential to grow into a leadership role. Ready for a role where your code helps change lives?

What you’ll be doing

Build and maintain modern, responsive, and accessible web applications

Translate user and business needs into technical solutions that scale

Lead development of new features from concept to deployment

Write well-tested, clean frontend code using React, Typescript, and modern best practices

Design and build APIs on cloud infrastructure

Write applications and services running on our devices

Set up and maintain unit, integration and end-to-end tests

Maintain CI/CD pipelines

Electron (for desktop applications)

Playwright (for end-to-end testing)

Figma (for design handoff and collaboration)

Backend: Node.js, Sequelize, PostgreSQL

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a senior full stack developer who thrives on impact. Someone who:

Has a passion for healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact

Has 4+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications

Writes clean, maintainable, and well-organized code in React, Node and Typescript

Has a good eye for detail

Has extensive experience with databases and cloud infrastructure

Has experience writing automated tests (Playwright, Jest, etc.)

Is curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to explore new technologies

Is comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment

Is an excellent communicator, fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)

Is a team player (but also able to work autonomously)

Can take the lead on projects and mentor junior team members

Is able to shape our technology stack (staying up to date and guiding the team)
