Product Management team

and start a new adventure in an international and dynamic environment, where you will play a key role in shaping the vision and strategy of our product lines. As a

Senior Product Owner

, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive product growth, innovation, and value creation for our users.

Your missions

Own a product line assigned by the Product Manager or Domain Manager, developing and maintaining product vision and strategies

Work closely with the Product Manager, stakeholders, and development/design teams to prioritize and grow the product, maximizing value for users

Combine data, market research, and industry best practices to understand problems and identify opportunities to create value

Innovate products to streamline and automate product-related processes

Drive change management for product adoption

Work with an Agile mindset, prioritize backlog, and deliver the right features over sprints to ensure continuous product delivery

Share business value with the development team to clarify the intent behind new features, releases, or products

Collaborate with all team members to ensure product requirements are understood and can move from design to development to release

Verify and validate developed features before deployment and produce release notes

Manage the reporting process to maintain transparency on project progress

Communicate constantly with stakeholders to resolve product issues, analyze, and prioritize product improvements and backlog

Your profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Information System, Information Technology, Business, or other relevant fields.

4 years+ of experience as a Product Owner or 6+ years as a Business Analyst.

Advanced English level and strong aptitude for learning new domains and technologies.

Good knowledge of IT security standards and compliance regulations.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with development teams and stakeholders.

Product-mindset with the ability to prioritize MVP features for development.

Familiarity with requirement elicitation and management.

Experience with requirement specification techniques such as user stories, modeling, and prototyping is a strong advantage.

Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle, with a solid understanding of Agile and Scrum practices.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong teamwork spirit.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to interact with a diverse group of team members, including executives, managers, IT professionals, and subject matter experts.
