As a Product Delivery Manager, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Human Resources, Colleague Communications, and Employee Experience Technology solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping how employees experience technology at work—bridging strategy and execution to deliver impactful digital solutions. You’ll collaborate across teams to create user-centered products that enhance the employee journey and contribute to a more connected, empowered workforce.
Position Responsibilities:
Drive Product Strategy \& Vision: Define and lead long-term product strategies aligned with business goals by conducting market and user research, identifying trends, and maintaining product roadmaps.
Lead Product Delivery Lifecycle: Manage agile teams through ideation to release, prioritize backlogs, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery of high-impact solutions.
Champion User-Centered Design: Act as the voice of the employee by translating feedback into features, collaborating with design teams, and leveraging analytics, A/B testing, and prototyping to refine experiences.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Architecture, Information Risk, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, communicate product vision, and facilitate seamless execution.
Measure \& Improve Performance: Define KPIs, monitor product performance, manage risks, and promote a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven insights and iterative enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product delivery or business systems analysis, preferably in HR technology.
Proven experience with SaaS platforms (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager).
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI) to enhance product capabilities, automate workflows, or improve user experience.
Familiarity with AI tools and platforms used in HR and communications technology (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, sentiment analysis).

Salary range is expected to be between
$94,220.00 CAD - $174,980.00 CAD
