Overview
We’re looking for a Director of Product to lead strategy and execution for a high-impact, data-driven enterprise SaaS platform. You will own product direction across multiple squads, build scalable processes, and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
This role is ideal for a product leader who combines strong analytical thinking, excellent cross-functional leadership, and a track record of shipping complex platforms that turn data into clear, actionable value for enterprise customers.
What you’ll do
Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for a core enterprise platform
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers
Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Design, and GTM teams to drive end-to-end execution
Own discovery and validation: customer interviews, market analysis, competitive insights, and structured experimentation
Translate complex problems into simple, high-confidence product bets
Establish crisp product requirements and measurable success metrics
Drive enterprise readiness: permissions, governance, compliance considerations, integrations, and admin experiences
Improve product operating rhythm: planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and release communication
What you’ll own
Product portfolio strategy and prioritization framework
Customer outcomes and adoption across key features
Product analytics and KPI health (activation, retention, expansion, NPS, time-to-value)
Cross-functional alignment and decision-making for high-stakes tradeoffs
A strong feedback loop between customer needs, platform capabilities, and business goals

Required qualifications
8–12+ years of product management experience
3–5+ years leading PMs and managing multi-team roadmaps
Proven success delivering B2B enterprise SaaS products
Strong experience with data-heavy products, platforms, or workflow tooling
Deep comfort with product analytics and KPI-driven leadership
Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management
Nice to have
Experience with analytics, real-world operational data, or complex visualization products
Familiarity with industries involving physical operations (e.g., retail, logistics, facilities, mobility)
Experience building experimentation frameworks and measurement systems
Exposure to privacy-by-design or regulated data environments
