About The Role Our client is growing its enterprise transformation team and seeking a senior Oracle Cloud Architect to drive solution design across key business domains including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, CX, and EPM.
This permanent position is ideal for an architect who enjoys shaping end-to-end cloud solutions, leading integrations across multiple systems, and guiding delivery teams through complex Oracle Fusion implementations. You will work closely with business leaders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own and define architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud across Financials, SCM, HCM, CX, and EPM modules.
Perform fit-gap assessments and propose high-level solution options that meet business needs.
Design and oversee integrations across cloud and on-premise systems using OIC, OCI, ATP, Object Storage , and related PaaS services.
Review and validate architecture documents, functional specifications, and integration flows.
Support quarterly/annual Oracle updates and advise business teams on enhancements.
Lead deployment, cutover planning, and post-go-live activities with delivery teams.
Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with role-based access and governance controls.
Partner with QA teams to create test plans, automation strategies, and validation frameworks.
Coach consultants, developers, and project members on design best practices.
Prepare solution proposals, cost estimates, and architecture deliverables.
Qualifications \& Experience
10+ years of Oracle platform delivery experience, including architecture leadership roles.
Strong functional knowledge across Oracle Cloud modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, CX, EPM).
Hands-on experience with Oracle PaaS components: OCI, OIC, ATP, Object Storage , SQL.
Strong understanding of cloud integration patterns and complex system data flows.
Proven ability to design scalable, secure, enterprise-grade solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Leadership qualities to mentor and guide cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
