We are supporting a major global consulting firm on multiple technology transformation projects across the banking and aviation sectors. As part of ongoing expansion, we are hiring several Software Engineers and System Analysts across full stack, backend, mobile, and immersive technology tracks.
These positions are offered as 12-month rolling contracts , with strong potential for renewal or permanent opportunities based on project performance and headcount.

Open Positions
1. System Analyst – React Native / Node.js / MongoDB / Spring Boot
Budget: HKD 30,000-40,000/month
Responsibilities Develop mobile and backend applications using Agile methodologies.
Translate business requirements into effective technical designs.
Participate in system enhancements, debugging, and resolving production issues.
Build customer-facing features and internal tools based on project needs.
Provide technical guidance to junior team members and offshore resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements 1–3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native, Node.js, MongoDB, and Java Spring Boot .
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability.
Experience working in Agile teams.
Exposure to security testing or penetration testing is a plus.
Good communication skills; Cantonese-speaking preferred.
2. VR Development Team Lead – Unity / Interactive Simulations
Budget: HKD 30,000-41,000/month
Responsibilities Design and develop immersive VR training modules using Unity or Unreal Engine.
Build interactive 3D assets, animations, physics behaviours, visual effects, and gamified elements.
Collaborate with learning content specialists and SMEs to refine product requirements.
Conduct playtesting, resolve performance issues, and enhance user experience.
Support scalability and deployment of VR content across learning platforms.
Lead a small team when required, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
Requirements 3+ years of experience in Unity or Unreal Engine development.
Strong skills in 3D asset creation, animation, and interactive design.
Familiarity with gamification concepts and VR learning environments.
Ability to manage timelines and collaborate with creative, technical, and training teams.
Excellent documentation and communication ability.
3. System Analyst (Insurance Sector) – Java / Node.js / .NET / Azure / DevOps
Budget: HKD 45,000-58,000/month
Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering, system design, and solution analysis.
Oversee development of microservices, backend components, and system integrations.
Support full SDLC deliverables including troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Collaborate with client IT teams to ensure seamless integration and production stability.
Provide technical recommendations, performance tuning, and continuous improvements.
Maintain project artefacts and uphold Agile ceremonies.
Requirements Strong experience with Java (Spring Web/Spring Boot), JSP, Node.js, .NET .
Knowledge of HTML/JS/CSS , RESTful APIs, and responsive front-end frameworks.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines , and container technologies (AKS/K8s, Docker).
Database knowledge: SQL, Informix, DB2, Oracle.
Experience delivering enterprise applications; insurance experience preferred.
Cantonese-speaking required.
4. Fullstack System Analyst – Java, React, Node.js, AngularJS, AWS
Budget: HKD 35,000-40,000/month
Responsibilities Support application design and micro-design with architects.
Develop full stack application components using Java, React, Node.js, AngularJS, AWS, and related tools.
Automate test cases and scripting for CI/CD processes.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and peer code reviews.
Provide production troubleshooting and assist with deployment activities.
Support project documentation and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements 1–5 years of experience in full stack development across Java Spring Boot + modern JavaScript frameworks.
Exposure to AWS, microservices, DevOps pipelines, and distributed systems.
Strong communication skills; Cantonese-speaking preferred.
