Mid-Platform Product Manager
Responsibilities
Provide product support and daily operations for
CRM and financial systems
, ensuring system stability and smooth business operations.
Collaborate closely with business and finance stakeholders to collect, organize, and follow up on product requirements and user feedback, driving full requirement lifecycle closure.
Participate in
CRM system design
, including multi-role permission structures and data automation/reporting-related product initiatives.
Prepare product documentation under guidance, including requirement descriptions, business process mapping, wireframes, and simplified PRDs.
Coordinate and track the full product delivery process, including requirement reviews, development, testing, and release, assisting in timely feature implementation.
Support basic data collection and analysis to enable product optimization and business decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in
Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Finance, Financial Engineering, or Economics
are preferred.
1–3 years of experience
in internet, fintech, blockchain, or enterprise software environments; experience in product operations or junior product roles is a plus.
Solid foundational product skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and produce clear product documentation and prototypes.
Familiar with common prototyping and documentation tools such as
Axure, Figma, Mockingbot
, or similar.
Basic understanding of or hands-on experience with
CRM systems, financial systems, or mid-platform products
is preferred.
Strong communication and execution skills, capable of driving tasks forward in cross-functional collaboration.
Fast learner with strong logical thinking, high sense of ownership, and adaptability to a role combining
