About The Role

Responsibilities

Support user and product operations for

cryptocurrency trading products

(spot, futures, etc.), focusing on key stages such as user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion, to improve user engagement and trading participation.

Conduct basic analysis of user behavior and trading data, and assist in building and maintaining core operational metrics. Develop an understanding of different user segments and their trading needs, identify issues in trading flows and product usage, and propose actionable optimization suggestions.

Collaborate with product teams to support the optimization and iteration of trading-related features. Collect and organize user feedback and operational requirements into clear product or operational documentation to help improve overall user experience.

Participate in the design and execution of

user growth programs, trading incentives, task systems, and operational campaigns

, support day-to-day execution, and conduct post-campaign reviews to summarize outcomes and insights.

Track market trends and competitor developments among major cryptocurrency exchanges, and provide references and insights for product and operational improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.

1–3 years of experience

in internet, fintech, cryptocurrency, trading platforms, or related operational roles. Experience in product operations, user operations, or campaign operations is a plus.

Basic understanding of

cryptocurrency trading

(spot, futures, etc.), including common product types and trading rules, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the crypto industry.

Data-oriented mindset with the ability to use

Excel, SQL, or data dashboards

for basic data processing and analysis to support operational decisions.

Good communication skills and strong execution ability; capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams under guidance and delivering operational tasks as planned.

Basic English reading skills to understand industry materials and product documentation.
