Missions principales
Vous serez en charge de dĂ©finir la stratĂ©gie par canal pour la France et dâassurer la mise en Ćuvre en points de vente, en garantissant une diffĂ©renciation par circuit de distribution. (activations, merchandising, promotions, implantations ..).
Vous serez responsable de fournir des analyses et des insights marchĂ©, dâidentifier des opportunitĂ©s de croissance (« white spaces ») et de dĂ©velopper de nouveaux clients potentiels.
Principales Responsabilités
Définir la stratégie par circuit pour la France (orientations commerciales et priorités) : sur la base des insights consommateurs et clients, clarifier le rÎle de chaque circuit et identifier les actions à mettre en place.
DĂ©finir et mettre en Ćuvre avec les distributeurs la stratĂ©gie Customer Marketing afin de dĂ©velopper les marques Mattel.
Jouer un rÎle clé au sein du Comité de Direction France pour élaborer la stratégie et fixer les priorités
Renforcer lâexĂ©cution en point de vente pour maximiser la visibilitĂ© et lâefficacitĂ© des activations
DĂ©velopper un partenariat de confiance avec les clients, en sâappuyant sur une vision catĂ©gorielle et des plans adaptĂ©s Ă chaque client.
Assurer une coordination fluide entre les équipes Sales et Marketing pour garantir une exécution de qualité en magasin (merchandising, promotions, catalogues, assortiments, partenariats ad hoc).
Identifier et crĂ©er des partenariats avec de nouveaux clients potentiels (stations-service, travel retail, âŠ).
Fournir aux équipes de Mattel des analyses et des insights pour soutenir la compréhension du marché et la prise de décision.
Manager et accompagner l'équipe.
Compétences requises pour le poste
DiplĂŽme Ecole de Commerce Vente ou Marketing
MaĂźtrise courante de lâanglais et du français, Ă lâoral comme Ă lâĂ©crit.
Minimum 10 ans dâexpĂ©rience, dont une expĂ©rience significative Ă un poste senior en dĂ©veloppement et marketing.
ExpĂ©rience confirmĂ©e en management dâĂ©quipe.
Solide expérience en exécution commerciale en point de vente (retail execution).
Expérience en gestion de comptes clés et en développement de catégorie.
Vision stratégique et capacité à définir des orientations claires.
Leadership reconnu, capable de fédérer et développer les équipes.
Vision business et sens des résultats.
Capacité à bùtir une stratégie tout en assurant une exécution locale exemplaire.
