Full Stack Developer

who’s excited to help us automate, optimize, and shape the future of work. What You’ll Do:

Lead the end-to-end development of our AI-driven talent marketplace—helping us automate sourcing, vetting, and matching.

Take ownership of both backend (Python, Go, PostgreSQL) and frontend (React, TypeScript) development with confidence.

Integrate cutting-edge AI models to supercharge hiring automation.

Be our first architect, shaping a technical foundation that scales as we grow.

Design systems with high availability and reliability in mind.

Build and integrate APIs that connect seamlessly with HR tech stacks, QuickBooks, and other financial systems.

Collaborate closely with founders and product teams, iterating quickly and creatively to bring ideas to life.

What We’re Looking For:

3-8+ years of full-stack development experience, with strong expertise in React, Node.js, Python, and/or TypeScript (

Python is essential

).

Experience scaling platforms—bonus if that’s in marketplaces, fintech, or automation-heavy products.

A product-driven mindset: you build with users in mind, not just for the sake of technology.

Ability to own projects end-to-end—from architecture to deployment—with independence.

Familiarity with AWS.

A love for automation and efficiency: maybe you’ve built internal tools, workflow engines, or AI-powered solutions before.

Strong background in database design \& optimization (RDBMS, NoSQL).

Extra points if you bring experience with AI/ML, vector databases, and LLMs.
