Title: Amplify Product Manager

***Minimum Qualifications***
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Engineering, or related field
· 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2C environments
· Successful launch, commercialization, and scale of service-oriented consumer product(s)
· Expertise in service design and user experience
· Highly adept at understanding customer behavior and motivations and applying these insights to product design
· Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
· Comfort with uncertainty and rapid iteration
· Creative, results-oriented self-starter who can quickly adapt to a changing environment
· Strong collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally with product teams
· Experience working with both digital and analog workflows
· Ability to provide one’s own transportation to/from on-site meetings
***Desired Qualifications***
· Automotive industry experience
· Master’s degree in business administration
· Experience in regulated environments
· Experience with customer data architecture and digital platforms
· Experience leading pilots and managing customer-facing operations
· Experience building external partnerships
· Familiarity with B2C product and marketing dynamics
· Passion for climate tech, clean energy, or EV adoption
· Understanding of EV adoption, home electrification, or energy programs

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
