The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced

Product Manager

with a strong customer-facing and product marketing orientation. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of turning customer insights, competitive intelligence, and business priorities into a clear product vision and roadmap, focusing on customer value proposition. You’ll be the bridge between our customers, commercial teams, and product development—ensuring that our products deliver maximum value and are effectively positioned in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the definition of the product vision and roadmap in alignment with M\&C’s strategy.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions.

Collaborate with engineering \& sales to define product requirements and deliverables.

Act as the product ambassador in front of customers, partners, and industry events.

Develop go-to-market strategies and support the definition of messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.

Build and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.

Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve the offering.

Key Requirements

Experience:

5+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, FinTech, TravelTech, or similar industries.

Customer-Facing Expertise:

Demonstrated success presenting to senior audiences, customers, and partners.

Product Marketing Skills:

Experience developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Communication:

Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a strong plus.

Travel:

Ability and willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings, conferences, and internal workshops.

Technical \& Tools:

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and other presentation tools (Keynote, Canva, etc.).

Organized \& Self-Driven:

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.

Strategic Thinking:

Ability to define and articulate a product vision and roadmap, not just execute on requirements.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
