What Youâll Do:
Automate \& Optimize: Design and implement solutions that streamline operations and improve performance across diverse environments.
Collaborate \& Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Engineer for Scale: Build and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure in hybrid ecosystems with multiple tech stacks.
Champion Best Practices: Contribute to Cloud Engineering and Software Development teams, sharing insights and fostering a culture of excellence.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Bring fresh ideas to enhance reliability, efficiency, and speed in everything we do.
What Weâre Looking For:
Experience: Solid background as a DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineer with web or platform development expertise.
Cloud Mastery: Strong AWS skills; familiarity with Azure and Google Cloud is a plus.
Infrastructure \& Monitoring: Hands-on experience with Linux administration, Kubernetes, Terraform, and monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
Scripting \& Automation: Proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Groovy. Bonus points for Kotlin, React.js, or Ruby.
Networking Know-How: Ability to design efficient architectures across VPCs, optimizing traffic and cost.
Database Skills: Proven experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL tuning and administration.
Extra Credit: Exposure to serverless services, Kafka, Camunda, and Elasticsearch.
Mindset: Proactive, analytical, and curiousâwith a can-do attitude and a passion for learning.
Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
