Front-End Lead Developer
The Role
As our Front-End Lead Developer, you will define the
technical vision
for our front-end technologies, ensure alignment across squads and products, and foster a strong developer community. You’ll combine
technical leadership
with
hands-on expertise
,
mentoring developers
and shaping the evolution of our products.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the front-end technology vision and roadmap.
Lead technical decisions on frameworks, testing, and CI/CD.
Mentor and coach developers, supporting growth and performance.
Build and strengthen the front-end community across squads.
Ensure alignment and consistency in technical approaches.
Promote high-quality code, testing, and risk management.
Stay ahead of trends, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Support hiring and onboarding of front-end talent.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience as a Front-End Lead, Senior Engineer, or Architect.
Our technical stack is: React, TypeScript, Cypress/Vitest/Jest/... – Our back-end is Spring Boot / Kotlin.
Strong knowledge of performance, accessibility, and testing practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern front-end tooling
Skilled mentor and communicator with a collaborative mindset.
Exposure to Back-End development or integration.
